Teo Nie Ching, the MP for Serdang and the DAP Assistant National Publicity Secretary, recently trained her cross hair on the numerous Birkin bags in the possession of Rosmah Mansor. So she denied having the RM24m diamond ring, but what about the many hand bags in her possession that seemed to have a match for different occasions. Hey, these items don't come cheap especially when it carries the 'Birkin' brand.

For those who are not bag collectors, Birkin bags are manufactured by Hermès since 1984 and named after the British actress/singer Jane Birkin who resides in France, a Birkin handbag is a universally recognized as a symbol of extravagance and wealth. Due to its limited quantities therefore causing a huge demand, the price of a Birkin handbag ranges from USD9,000 to USD150,000. With Rosmah having so many of them, could it be considered 'limited' now?

I just simply cannot imagine how one could unashamedly flaunt her wealth (?) without a thought that the rakyat are watching and sizing (sorry the pun) her up.
