This is really crossing the line!

al-Islam_mag
Two Muslim men had gone undercover to a church with the aim of seeking out Malay youths who apostate. They also held a press conference at the police station itself. They went to attend the mass in church from beginning to end and participated in everything … including holy communion (the consumption of ‘the Body of Christ’, which is only for Catholics.

To us Catholics, the body of Christ is something very sacred, that only Catholics (some churches even stressed ‘baptised and practising catholics’ are allowed to consume because only we Catholics believe in this what was called ‘transubstantiation’ where a piece of white host was transformed into the body of Christ. As the police report stated – ‘this white host, according to the Catholics, is something very sacred and should not be played around with because Catholics believe the host to be Jesus Christ, whom only Catholics can consumed’. Those two undercover Muslim men not only consume the Body of Christ but they spit it out later to photograph it (this means earlier they didn’t consume it but hid it in their mouth).

I also attached here the said article in Al-Islam regarding these two men going undercover. (here and here – please enlarge it to read. if you find it too small to read, contact me. I’ll email them to you). It was indeed terrible what they did. It won’t be so bad if they just attended mass and sat there and watch… but they went to consume the body of christ, spit it out and take photo of it! This is really ‘hina’ to our religion. to us the ‘roti putih’ is Jesus himself where nobody should not main-main with it, least of all, non-Catholics.

There is another article in the same issue of al-islam which talked further about ‘remaja melayu murtad’ (malay youth apostate). They seemed to blame the church for trying to convert the youths. I find that strange. First of all, the church would never do that (and to think they even said a church pay the youth to convert!) and secondly, more importantly, if the youth feel like converting, it’s their own business and if they want to blame someone, why blame the church? why don’t they blame the youths? Better still, blame themselves!! Why the youths want to murtad? Probably they did not guide the youth well enough in their faith!!

It’s same like the Allah issue (btw, it was mentioned in the article too), where those religious officers keep saying if the church use ‘allah’, it will confuse the malay youth. come on, don’t insult the malay youth i’m sure they won’t be so easily confused. if they are, who is to blame? same like, if they feel many malay youth murtad – converting to christianity (or other religion) who is to blame?

Oh, Khir Toyo!!!!

So Toyo said, " I'm the former MB. Where do you expect to stay? In a pondok?" But there is one current MB who is actually staying in a pondok. So next time, Toyo, be careful whenever you open your mouth for it could land you in more trouble then you will ever know.
I was in Kota Bharu in 1998 on a training assignment. On the last day, the branch manager of the company took me to have a look at Tok Guru's house. When I arrived there, from a distance, I could see the man outside his kampong home, sweeping the compound while holding his sarong. All I could say was "Wow!". The branch manager told me that I was not the only one who said that.

Many thanks to Haris Ibrahim for this expose ...

He must really be feeling the heat from all the attention being tgiven to his RM24m/RM3.5m istana.

“I am a former mentri besar, you don’t expect me to stay in a pondok, he is reported to have said.

This ex-MB has forced upon himself this imperative comparison.

Penang declassifes Kg Buah Pala files, and points fingers at BN

The Penang government has declassified files relating to the on-going Kampung Buah Pala land sale, accusing the former Barisan Nasional (BN) administration of robbing “Kampung Buah Pala residents of their land without consulting them”.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the state executive council decided to declassify and reveal the decisions by Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon’s government made in 2004 and 2005 to sell the land to Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang, adding the state legal department has approved the disclosure.
“The chronology of events prove beyond a shadow of doubt that Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon And His Umno, MCA, MIC and Gerakan cohorts had robbed Kampung Buah Pala residents of their land without consulting them,” Guan Eng said in a statement issued today.
He disclosed that the state government land of Kampung Buah Pala was approved to Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Pulau Pinang twice by the Penang BN state exco led by Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon on August 18, 2004 and June 8, 2005 with a premium of RM 6.42 million or RM 20 per square feet which was later slashed down to only RM 3.21 million or RM 10 per square feet.
“So far Koh Tsu Koon has not explained why he approved this project without consulting the residents or selling it to Koperasi at such a low price,” said Guan Eng, who is also DAP secretary-general and Bagan MP.
He also complained that “collaborators of BN” had orchestrated a smear campaign through their control of the mass media against his administration — characterising it as being irresponsible — when full assistance within the confines of the law had been given, and not focussing on “the land robbers of Kampung Buah Pala”.
“If BN was in power now and not Pakatan Rakyat, the residents would have been evicted and Kampung Buah Pala would have been demolished since last year,” Guan Eng claimed.
The chief minister also said he will try to meet residents of Kampuang Buah Pala, numbering 23 families who are cowherds, despite their refusal to meet him yesterday.
“Questions are raised why one or two of the so-called leaders of the residents are now so defensive of BN and anti-PR, particularly anti-DAP.
“Why is this aggression targeted against the PR government that is trying to help them? In contrast not a single demonstration or action is taken against the BN land robbers who deprived them of their rights,” he said
“I wish to appeal to the residents not to be manipulated by certain irresponsible parties but to come and meet me for a heart to heart talks. By refusing to meet, the residents are playing into the hands of the land robbers who want to these talks to fail, the residents evicted, their houses demolished and PR blamed.
“Unlike BN, the PR government has not cheated the residents of a single inch of their land and will try out all legal avenues suggested by their legal counsel, Cecil Rajendra.
“Time is running out and the residents should distinguish between those who are sincere in helping them against those who are distracting attention from the real culprits who robbed them of their land,” Guan Eng said.

Don't trust HINDRAF on Kg Buah Pala

Every time when I read the news about the Kg Buah Pala (High Chapperal) issue, I just can't help but to think the type of opportunists the HINDRAF leaders really are. For me, they are no better than UMNO, MCA and MIC, nothing but a bunch of racists to say the least. Especially that leader who is now hiding out in a foreign country, a coward he is by not coming back to face Lim Guan Eng face-to-face but making nothing but threats and more threats and demands thousands of miles away. What's more, he even left five of his friends to be roasted in jail under the ISA.

I can't agree more, when I read this posting by Rocky Bru -

Kg Buah Pala residents were screwed by BN and Gerakan and the BN folks are very quiet now. Yes, Penang Pakatan government needs to do what they can to help within the boundary of the law cause they are the government of the day.

They can acquire the land but it comes with a price. There are many options to be looked at, swapping land, partial compensation plus a smaller piece of land etc. The Pakatan government needs to check for any wrongdoings during the land transfer. If illegal, they can use this to make things right which is the best option.

The Hindraf leader who uses his kid to send memos can't be trusted. He and his brother are moving towards a political party and the only way they can make themselves popular is by playing the race card. They are no different than BN parties and they seem to whack the Pakatan government just to be in the limelight.

As for Guan Eng, please check the facts before you speak. Do not say leasehold then residents show proof it is not. Get your facts right. Go and meet the residents as it is ok to see them and show empathy

This is is a big issue Guan Eng. The handling of this issue by Guan Eng and his people has been bad.

Pakatan needs to find a solution fast. The developer must remember that the government can make life difficult during the construction if the government wants to. So a win win solution needs to be found. Then go after the BN folks who made the approval.

Govt scraps teaching of Maths & Science in English

The government today decided to end the policy of teaching mathematics and science in English or PPSMI in both primary and secondary schools effective from 2012.

Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, in an announcement today, said the two subjects will be taught in Bahasa Melayu in national schools and Tamil and Chinese for vernacular schools.

The Education Minister added that the changes would not affect Form Six and matriculation programmes.

"The government made the decision after studying closely research on PPSMI that shows that PPSMI could not be implemented as expected," Muhyiddin told a special press conference here.

He said the decision was fair and made carefully after witnessing the implementation in the first six years after its introduction.

He also denied that the decision to scrap the policy was politically motivated.

"This decision is not political, we made the decision not for political mileage. What is Manek Urai compared to the future of our children," said Muhyiddin.

He however denied that the PPSMI policy had failed.

"I wouldn't say it was a complete failure, but it did not achieve what it was supposed to achieve," he said.

Introduced in 2003, the policy has been heavily criticised by Chinese educationists and Malay-language activists, but a recent survey by the independent Merdeka Center showed that 58 per cent of 1,060 voters interviewed supported the policy.

Muhyiddin had admitted in Parliament last month that students had not shown significant improvement in the two subjects over the past six years.

But he said today the intention of the policy, which is to improve English language proficiency among Malaysian students, will continue to be upheld.

The measures to be introduced include recruiting some 14,000 new English language teachers. Currently there are more than 30,000 English teachers nationwide.

Muhyiddin also said the lesson duration for English language would also be doubled for lower primary students to 120 minutes a week, while for upper primary it would be increased from 90 minutes to 120 minutes a week.

For secondary students, the duration will be increased from 200 minutes to 280 minutes a week.

Will MJ be snatched to be buried in a Muslim cemetery?

This is how great the Americans are. Michael Jackson, a converted Muslim of two years, was given a Christian memorial deluged with Christian hymns and songs, and finally buried in a Christian cemetery. I wonder what our 'body snatchers' have to say about this. I wonder whether they will take the next flight out to LA, exhume the body of MJ and smuggled it back home to Malaysia and bury him in a Muslim cemetery. Food for thought though.

Furthermore the American Muslims have shown tremendous respect for Michael by leaving all the funeral arrangements to his family.

Goodbye Michael. Thanks for the music.

As Michael is finally laid to rest today (US time), I shall always remember these two songs by him, "Gone Too Soon" and "Heal the world" which has become poignant since he died on June 25 2009.
However, I believe his music will live on in the hearts of his fans. Michael, may you rest in peace and thanks for the music which have brought joy to many.

GONE TOO SOON
Like A Comet
Blazing 'Cross The Evening Sky
Gone Too Soon

Like A Rainbow
Fading In The Twinkling Of An Eye
Gone Too Soon

Shiny And Sparkly
And Splendidly Bright
Here One Day
Gone One Night

Like The Loss Of Sunlight
On A Cloudy Afternoon
Gone Too Soon

Like A Castle
Built Upon A Sandy Beach
Gone Too Soon

Like A Perfect Flower
That Is Just Beyond Your Reach
Gone Too Soon

Born To Amuse, To Inspire, To Delight
Here One Day
Gone One Night

Like A Sunset
Dying With The Rising Of The Moon
Gone Too Soon

Gone Too Soon

HEAL THE WORLD
There's A Place In
Your Heart
And I Know That It Is Love
And This Place Could
Be Much
Brighter Than Tomorrow
And If You Really Try
You'll Find There's No Need
To Cry
In This Place You'll Feel
There's No Hurt Or Sorrow

There Are Ways
To Get There
If You Care Enough
For The Living
Make A Little Space
Make A Better Place...

Heal The World
Make It A Better Place
For You And For Me
And The Entire Human Race
There Are People Dying
If You Care Enough
For The Living
Make A Better Place
For You And For Me

We Could Fly So High
Let Our Spirits Never Die
In My Heart
I Feel You Are All
My Brothers
Create A World With
No Fear
Together We'll Cry
Happy Tears
See The Nations Turn
Their Swords
Into Plowshares

We Could Really Get There
If You Cared Enough
For The Living
Make A Little Space
To Make A Better Place...

Heal The World
Make It A Better Place
For You And For Me
And The Entire Human Race
There Are People Dying
If You Care Enough
For The Living
Make A Better Place
For You And For Me
[Repeat this verse 3x)

There Are People Dying
If You Care Enough
For The Living
Make A Better Place
For You And For Me

You And For Me
You And For Me
You And For Me
save it for our children

Monday Humour

Came across this from blogger Maverick (sure or not?)
Wanita MCA strongly objected to the proposals to allow maids from China.

I don't understand why should Wanita MCA object. The maids are hardworking, low wages and are competent. They don't even need washing machine and they have great skills and expertise in managing the household matters.

This picture is the maid employed by Datuk Ng Yen Yen's husband and the salary is less than RM400.00.

In the year 2003, Angel Gabriel came unto Noah, who now lives in Malaysia, and said: Once again, the earth has become wicked and over-populated, and God wants you to build another Ark and save 2 of every living thing along with a few good humans.

He gave Noah the blueprints, saying: You have 6 months to build the Ark before I will start the unending rain for 40 days and 40 nights.

Six months later, Angel G looked down and saw Noah weeping in his yard but no Ark.

Noah! Gabriel roared, God is about to start the rain! Where is the Ark?

Forgive me, begged Noah, 'but things have changed.

First I need to have a PKK Licence and a Bumi partner who is linked to UMNO and then I needed a building permit from DBKL and also have to pay money to get the permit .

Then I've to argue with the BOMBA inspector about the need for a sprinkler system.

My neighbors complained to The Malay Mail of the height of the ark I was going to build and the next day it was in the headlines claiming that I've violated the building by-laws that my Ark is exceeding the height limitations. I appealed to the political masters and it was later approved.

The Opposition took advantage of the situation and said I was a government crony and did nasty things with my face in the Internet. I don’t know how they superimposed my face on a naked body with naked MP’s and portrayed it on the U TUBE. Oh Lord, you are the all knowing and I did not take the photos with the MP.

Then I received a stop work order even before I could start work. The Badan Rasuah arrested me for pornography.

I talked to a lawyer who looks like Ambitah Bachan, who talk slike him and acts like him but is not him ...and he said he knows the CJ and the PM the Apa ..nama ... and can clear my name but I have to buy them tickets to New Zealand.

After clearing my name, I had to again go to the DBKL Appeal Board for a decision to allow me to build the Ark.

Then government after approving the plans said I must use only SIRIM approved goods and must engage sub-contractors from their list of CLASS F registered contractors who do not have the ability to buy the materials and wanted me to buy on their behalf and to pay them 15% advance payment.

Then the TNB and JPJ demanded a banker's guarantee to be deposited and pay the fees for the costs of relocating the power lines and other overhead obstructions, to clear the passage for the Ark 's move to the sea. I told them that the sea would be coming to us but they would hear nothing of it.

Getting the wood was another problem. Jabatan Hutan said there's a ban on cutting trees in order to preserve the orang utans.

I tried to convince Jabatan Hutan that I needed the wood to save the orang hutan, but they said no go.

When I started gathering the animals, JAKIM and an Animal rights group sued me. JAKIM said I cannot put the chickens and the pigs next to each other as it is haram and the animal group insisted that I was confining wild animals against their will. They argued the accommodations were too restrictive, and it was cruel and inhumane to put so many animals in a confined space.

Then Jabatan Kerja Raya and Jabatan Kajian dan Galian ruled that I couldn't build the Ark until they'd conducted an environmental impact study, the drainage and road systems.

I'm still trying to resolve a complaint with the Human Rights Commission on how many bumiputera sub-contractors I'm supposed to hire for my building crew.

Then Jabatan Immigresen and Rela wants to check the status and working permits of workers.

The trade unions say I can't use my sons. They insist I have to hire only union workers with Ark-building experience.

As I started to clear the area to build the Ark, 6 gangsters came and demanded for protection money. And said they will control the area for selling of drugs and prostitution to my workers.

When I complained to the POLIS... the next day they sent an ASP who came in full uniform. Unfortunately he also happens to be know the gangsters and arrested me for suspicion of protecting the gangsters.

Then there was a by election and I was asked to be an UMNO member to get my permits approved and made to pay a donation by the candidate in the so called spirit of MUHIBBAH; otherwise my life would be difficult.

Every department I turn to is asking for a cup of kopi-o”.

I calculated that if I had to pay all the so called kopi money and give some other donations the cost to build the ARK will be 20 times more higher… I refused to give pay for the kopi-o as I am faithful to you Oh Lord.

Then some top level politicians we very disappointed with me and called me a murtad but I told them my name is Noah not murtad; they got very angry and said something like ... derhaka.

Suddenly I am a suspect behind the murder of the Mongolian lady because the place where she was murdered happens to be on the land where I am going to make the Ark and was arrested.

To make matters worse, the Jabatan HASIL seized all my assets, claiming I'm trying to leave the country illegally with endangered species. I have just been released from ISA.

So, forgive me, Lord, but it would take at least 10 years for me to finish this Ark.

Suddenly the skies cleared, the sun began to shine, and a rainbow stretched across the sky.

Noah looked up in wonder and asked, 'You mean you're not going to destroy the world?'

'No,' said the Lord.

'The Malaysian Government beat me to it!'
